Remote Care Options

We want to ensure you stay safe and healthy. Call us to find out if remote care is available for you. Most hearing aid brands provide free remote care and a system for virtual appointments. It allows you to connect with us live via your smartphone so we can discuss your needs and make fine-tuning adjustments to your hearing aids while staying in the safety of your own home.

TENTATIVE ELEVATOR SHUT DOWN SCHEDULED FOR JUNE AND ONWARDS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Please note the following:

Arriving via Public Transit – Golf Cart Shuttle

Upon closure of the elevator access, Oakridge will be providing golf cart shuttle for patients that are not physically able to take stairs up/down to the Medical Dental offices between 9am and 5pm.

For those arriving prior to 9am, signage will be posted so they can contact Security for assistance
Important reminder: the golf cart cannot accommodate mobility aids such as motorized wheelchairs. In these cases, please let us know so we can make alternative arrangements for you.

Arriving via Car

Access in/out remains the same; please continue to enter from Cambie Street
Reminder to park on rooftop for Level 3 with direct access to our offices.
